Built on History,

Filled with Charm

Since 1859, the Ione Hotel has stood as a proud piece of California’s Gold Rush past. Over the decades, it's been everything from a lively saloon to a community gathering spot—and today, it continues to welcome guests with the same spirit of hospitality. The hotel has also seen it's share of Hollywood visitors who stayed or filmed here including: Rob Lowe, Vanessa Hudgens, and Ghost Hunters.

With original architecture, vintage details, and stories of the old west, this historic hotel offers more than just a place to stay—it offers a glimpse into the past of Ione.
